I have a 2021 F150 with surprisingly soft exterior paint. Dali did a fantastic job with their waterless cleaning service and even removed a couple minor surface scratches. Great service on that end. Where the 5 stars comes from and me being unable to get my jaw off the floor is the interior detail. My mind is actually blown at how clean it is. The vehicle had beach sand and dog hair all over the place. I walk out to check and literally cannot find a spec of sand or hair. I really was not expecting something like this. Painted interior surfaces cleaned, plastic and leather conditioned etc. metallic bits spotless. Definitely have a chat with Dali I'm sure they'll be able to accommodate any requests.
