What is a Graphene Ceramic coating?

Graphene ceramic coating is the pinnacle of car protection technology, merging the unparalleled strength of graphene with the resilience of ceramic coatings. This revolutionary coating forms a thin, invisible layer on your car’s surface, offering exceptional protection and a brilliant shine.

Why Get a Graphene Ceramic Coating for Your Car?

Superior Protection: Shields your car’s paint from scratches, UV rays, chemical stains, and oxidation, prolonging the life and look of your vehicle.

Hydrophobic Properties: Effectively repels water, reducing the buildup of dirt and grime to keep your car cleaner for longer.

Enhanced Gloss and Shine: Delivers a deep, mirror-like finish that amplifies the color and clarity of your car’s paint.

Ease of Maintenance: Simplifies washing your car, as contaminants have a harder time adhering to the surface.

Long-Lasting Durability: Outlasts traditional waxes and sealants, providing years of protection with proper care.

  • We’ve been in business for 4 years and take pride in our perfect 5 star ratings on google and yelp. Because we’re a small local business, we’re able to give more attention and care to every car we work on. We give you as much time as you need to look over our work, and guarantee amazing results.

    • Our coating addresses one of the main Achilles heel of traditional Ceramic Coatings: Water spotting. Graphene gives the coating better heat dispersion which gives water more time to either roll off or be dried before it evaporates and leaves the minerals on your car that cause water spotting

    • Graphene adds extra durability to the coating, helping it to last even longer when properly maintained.

  • If you’re in your warranty period the graphene coating fails, we (or if you chose to have your warranty through GlassParancy than someone within the network) will apply a new coating free of charge.

  • When your car gets dirty it may seem like the coating isn’t working anymore because water isn’t beading off like it use to. That’s normal. But if water still doesn't bead off after washing with a PH neutral soap and drying it off, than the coating may be failing. If this happens then reach out to Dalí Detailing as soon as possible.

  • After your appointment with us you will get an email with your warranty info for GlassParancy, if your service included that. This email will have their contact info so you can reach out to them directly for help. No matter who you choose to have fix your coating, you can contact us for help.

Dos and don’ts for taking care of graphene ceramic coatings

Dos:

  • Do use a PH Neutral soap when washing your car

  • Do apply Boost at least once per quarter. Using it more often won’t hurt, and it’s recommended to do so a minimum of once per year.

  • Do avoid parking in full sun all day everyday. While the coating protects your clear coat from UV damage, the UV will still try to break down the coating. With proper maintenance it will still last 5 years even when in full sun, but it’s expected to last longer under less harsh conditions

Don’ts:

  • Don’t use a non PH neutral soap when washing your car. This can damage and eventually remove the coating. If you ever have a specific reason for using a more aggressive soap, be sure to follow up with Boost.

  • Don’t use a clay bar or polisher on your paint. Doing so will remove the coating. If you get any scratches on your paint that you need removed, reach out to us.

  • Don’t let hard water set on your car. Even though the coating helps water to roll off the car, it can still sit there and leave spots. Most of the time you’ll be able to wipe these off, but if they’re severe they can require corrode through the graphene coating and eventually clear coat. If you notice stubborn water spots that won’t come off, reach out to us as soon as possible.

Your maintenance options when you get a coating with Dalí Detailing:

  • Our 4 year and 5 year coatings come with a free optional maintenance kit that includes a PH neutral soap and Boost.

  • If you’d prefer to not wash your own car, you can bring your car back to us for a maintenance wash where we’ll do all the work for you. It takes about 2 hours and costs $150

We look forward to your visit.
